What we do

Have not trained for years? Or ever? Love to get back to where you used to be? Football season about to commence and still not feeling ready? Sore knees? dodgy right shoulder from that computer mouse? Worried your sore neck will effect your lat pull down? Or your bad back will limit your squats? Over use injuries that just don’t go away? Feeling completely run down and need a pick up? Simply lacking motivation individually or office?

How we do it

A combination of relaxation, circulation, massage and mobility techniques, facilitated stretch routines, trigger point release, deep tissue and sub dermal therapy. This enhances a preventive approach to body maintenance and athletic training whereby soft tissues are free of trigger points and adhesions, thus contributing toward the improvement of peak neuromuscular functioning and thus the ability to move freely without restrictions.

If you have a desire to live a lifetime of minimal health problems, the greatest barrier to reaching ones full potential, will more likely be through injury or sickness. A range of low impact stretching, strength and conditioning exercises designed to improve control and movement throughout every day activity. Performance can be enhanced, productivity increased, injury prevented and quicker facilitation of recovery if injury does occur.

People who have experienced our body maintenance therapy very quickly realise its benefits, and invariably make it an integral part of their lives.
